When you logged in to collect the daily prize, what was your local computer time rather then the server time? (although neither a shown in the screenshot)

Its possible that once your local computer switches over to the 20/7 you will be able to collect this. If your still unable to then I suggest you send an In Game Customer Support Ticket.

I suggest you contact our In Game customer service with screenshots showing the benefit hall page, showing you logged in that day as well as the Summer Memories screen showing you cannot redeem the frags. Most importantly please make sure all the screenshots show the server time and date in the screenshots and are not cropped!
