Mystery: Quite a decent damage mystery, best part is that it only costs 20 chakra

Standard Attack: A good and strong standard attack

Chase: Same as Shisui's chase, nothing special

Passive 1: This is his trademark and it's a good passive for sure, now of course it won't be so useful vs immune units

Passive 2: non-removable buff which is great with the current metas removing buffs all over the place

Overall he is quite a decent ninja and definitely usable, the best part is that he's free so it'll be very useful for free players out there

He is best to use with fire and lightning main, and of course other Uchiha ninjas :P

1. Lightning Main

However it's not very safe if you enemy can remove buffs and control, I recommend having the Giant Katsuyu summon

2. Lightning Main 2

This one is more free-player oriented, if you don't have Shisui you could use some other swordsmen

3. Fire Main

4. Fire Main 2

This works because all the izuna/madara/fire main buffs are non-removable therefore you can remove your enemy buffs/shields and have a good advantage

5. Fire Main 3

Again a bit more free-player oriented team , gotta love ningendo and gakido because they are very accessible and strong ninjas

Of course it's desirable to have their breakthroughs
