i want to recycle my tressured tool but i heard there is a glitch where you dont get all of essences that you have spent when you recycle tressured tool

is that correct? or there is no glitch like this?

Hi! You will get a 100% rebate of all Treasured Tool Essence you used on the Treasure Tool. For example, if you used a "Treasured Tools Ultimate Essence" on one Treasure Tool and you were to recycle it, you will get back 15x "Treasured Tools Rare Essence".
