Same problem, it's when you are supposed to get fireworks from dailies. (I think) If you refresh, its gone and no extra fireworks

Same problem got fireworks but in inventory said "item null" and you can't do anything with it.

I suggest you clear your cache and refresh the game, this should fix the issue. If you find the Null box still in your inventory after doing so then please create a ticket and send a screenshot with details to our In Game Customer Support!
