Dear ninjas,
recently, there was a regrettable incident that affected not only us as a team but also our community, you. We believe you deserve some answers and we want to be as transparent with our community moving forward as possible.
- Our staff members and their salary:
As many of you may know, there are several types of staff (GLs, PGs, ambassadors, customer service, moderators etc) and we are thankful to every single one of them. Most of them are players from our community who expressed their love and passion for our game and wanted to work with us on improving it. There are no words that could describe how thankful we are for them. Without them, we wouldn't be able to make it this far and we strongly believe they should be awarded for their work, which includes bonuses, such as the one given on this 3rd year anniversary.
With this being said, we sincerely welcome anyone who is interested in joining us to help improve the game. Every single one of our current community members were picked just like any of you can be. We hope to hear from you via our official recruitment topic and who knows, maybe next anniversary you can expect same bonus!
- Plants:
We can say unequivocally that no plant has existed, or will ever exist within Naruto online. Some players have in the past received rewards, and players may continue to receive coupons and other in-game rewards for going above and beyond to provide us with feedback, game ideas and assistance.
We have since the beginning of Naruto Online adjusted our rewards and payment plan for players and player staff to provide what we believe is a fair system ba
- Feedback/Issues raised by you:
We do review all the feedback we receive from the community, and we are fully aware of the issues raised by you, the players, and will strive to ensure new updates and changes within the game reflect the issues raised by you, including updating language issues (look out for our language hunting event on the forums soon!), adding the Tsunade NPC (look out for this next month!) and many other coming changes.
We hope we've answered some of the questions you may have about recent issues that have been raised, and ask for your continued support as we continue forward. We would like to apologize once more, there are no words that could show how sorry we are about current situation. We wish you all a happy 3rd anniversary of Naruto Online.
