DISCLAIMER: This thread IS NOT MEANT TO ATTACK OASIS IN ANY WAY. THIS THREAD IS DESIGNED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FEEDBACK REGARDING HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE GAME.

I been playing this game since 2017 of February. My original account, I never registered and managed to play the game somehow. It just let me pick a server and play. I played for about 2 weeks, got to the mid 50s. Was top 3 in the server as LM in terms of power, however I had the goal to collect as many ninjas as I realistically could obtain. I shared something from the game to my facebook, and accidentally clicked it, which asked me to make a new character. There was no way I could get back to my old account. So I made a new account, this one in fact. I joined S289 crawling my way up through the rankings as a f2p. Currently as of 289 ranking (not merged), I am currently Ranked 3 in power. A lot of players have left since I joined the server a long time ago. I helped teach a few people how to play or where to start regarding teams until the point where it wasn't needed for the server. During this time, the game was never about stacking P1, it wasn't a strategy at the time back when I joined. So we all have evened out our power for the most part, few of people started stacking P1 when it became the only viable strategy, I was too stubborn for that. So I still haven't stacked my P1. Meanwhile I am sitting at 209k using P1 Fire main, P2 Shisui, P3 Edo Itachi, P4 Edo Hiruzen. I do not own SoSP, but this week I have started to pick him up for the first time. I do not own Madara Konoha Founder. I do not own Sus Itachi or Edo Hashi. My girlfriend spends on my account occasionally while we play the game together and that is only buying the Jonin Medal. Which first began on the anniversary of Naruto Online that had Kushina Mad Momma available in the Naruto Ramen event.

Naruto Online is THE BEST Browser MMO I have ever played, which is saying something since most browser MMO's I have played in the past essentially played the game for you, which I never found to be fun. While yes, Naruto Online can play the game for you in combat, it was optional. The Arena feature was superior to other Arena features in those games cause those games were more like Ranked Battle that we have. You actually have a lot more control in this game than other games. There is some things I would change of course, like the removal of the Stamina System (because a company shouldn't try to limit how much you can play their game), but for balancing reasons I can see why it exists. Such as everyone potentially having 6 tails naruto in a year or 2.

Over the course while I playing the game, I started noticing things about Oasis, things I did not like, which frankly is was turning me away from the game. This started back when the poll to implement x-server came around. Majority of players had voted no. Oasis postponed it for like a month, and implemented it anyways. This showed me, despite what Oasis and their employees said. They don't care about player feedback. We seen this happen a 2nd time regarding the Cave Key rune level increase to "provide a breath of fresh air" to the game. Which only the top 5% maybe 10% can actually achieve. What would had been a better idea, was to implement Breakthroughs for ninjas we honestly should had have a long time ago, like Haku for instance. But instead, Oasis essentially ignored this feature for the longest time for the most part. Yes I know, Oasis is getting a little bit better, but it isn't enough. Back in 3.0 (or 4.0) when Skill Trials were released, we didn't see that update until 5.0. 1 or 2 whole major patches later. And even in 5.0, it was like pulling teeth. Even now, its like no matter how much we ask, Oasis just refuses to update the game to give us more variety. The reason why players are only running six paths teams or high tier uchiha teams is because Oasis won't shake up the meta by implementing skillbooks or trials. But it also doesn't help that breakthroughs for say Haku for example, even if we did get that breakthrough, won't change anything. Haku would still be terrible. Which has placed EN Naruto Online in a really weird place. Ninjas that we should had breakthroughs for, should had been here a long time ago, and now most of them doesn't even matter at this point. I mean, on the feedback form, I have constantly asked for Asuma WB skillbreaks, which for some reason, we could only get in I believe 6.0 when we could had have it in 3.0 or even 4.0.

This brings me to my next point, we are still missing the biggest feature for 6.0. Main Elemental Skills, if Oasis wanted to give a new breath of fresh air, they would had implemented this system instead of updating an old feature that only the top players can enjoy. I am hoping myself that we can get this feature for the anniversary of Naruto Online so that everyone can enjoy it.

No matter how we, the players try to give feedback, that actually helps the game, we often feel ignored cause rarely anything happens. Oasis likes to say EN Naruto Online is a different version than CN Naruto Online, but it feels they only say that when it suits them. If Oasis wanted, they could make the time-limited treasures permanent, which is something I had asked, since there is 2 SR's in each of those treasures. I mean, is it really that bad to have 2 or 3 treasures that give Edo Jin to make them permanent, despite giving potential Edo hashirama frags? No. I mean look at Sus Itachi and how many treasures we can get his frags from. I mean he may not be that good right now and Edo hashi may be better over all, but we have Kage, Edo, Jin 1 and 2, LoL treasure that makes 5 treasures that gives Sus Itachi frags. compare that to GNW, Time-Limited 1 2 and 3, which is 4 treasures. But it feels like Oasis only says we are different than CN just to shut players up. Which is frankly disheartening. I love this game and its players. So please Oasis, I know you're a company and your job is to earn money, however by making better improvements for all players, I am sure more players are willing to spend and support this company.

  • The mods care about feedback, but if you were the game's creator you'd do everything to extend the game's life; take for eg clash of clans, they made builder hall to allow the game to progress and increase its life; why? because most players were max th12 and had nothing to do . Oasis aren't making level 14+ runes to annoy their fanbase; it's there for users who have already maxed out their characters [eg players like Thanosthedestroyer from s1 who have been maxed since 2018], the reasons for doing it is to prolong the endgame stages of the game because one day you'll be that 5-10%.

    Breakthrough's are being implemented slowly so the players aren't overwhelmed with skillbreaks as that'd break the game for lower levels who've unlocked SB ninjas i mean imagine a lvl 35 with a fully SB hashi which he obtained from a missions giftbox

    Of course SO6P naruto./Edo hiruzen is overpowered just like how shisui/minato was in 4.0; but stronger ninjas are already coming out eg edo minato/SBKushi, but they can be countered by playing smart; i mean i've been running sharkbombs to get around it but you've gotta realise stats>ninjas and most top players are slowly moving away from the 6 paths cancer

    I'm sure that elemental skills will come around you've just gotta give it time because change is good but forced changes can lead to more backlash, they'll need to test everything thoroughly before adding em in :3 the community just gotta be optimistic

    ps plz get rid of dat 50* sasuke from the lucky wheel ^^

A couple things, pvp at around level 35, exists for the most part in new servers as the server grows, which doesn't last long. However, a level 35 with Hashi fully skill broken is possible if they want to drop a ton of coupons for the skill trial materials. So the idea that it would be unbalanced at that level, is really a non issue as it is a brief time for the server as a whole. Meanwhile there is Haku, Sakon Ukon, Kimimaro, and a lot of the early ninjas in general that could be useful for that brief window and who knows, it might create a competitive level bracket. (Wishful thinking however.)

As for your point about extending the life of the game, it shouldn't extend just for the top 1% for example, it should extend for everybody, by implementing features that bring new life and a breath of fresh air to the game for everyone. Like honestly, if I dropped enough cash right now to max my character in everything, let's say power cap is 1 million (example sake), I would get bored. it's like playing a game like Skyrim or Oblivion, giving yourself the best gear, and the highest level possible and so much gold that you don't have to worry about anything then 1 shotting everything as if its on easy mode.

No, I'm not hating on players who choose to max out things as fast as possible, I just find the idea to max things as quick as possible that brings you closer to boredom to the point of, why bother playing if you can 1 shot everyone? I mean, that is their choice and they can do that all they want, but why should Oasis as a company pander to keep the top 1% entertained? They shouldn't.

@Dosu, I know all about your Dosu threads, I'm all for it tbh. His skills are in the game already, his art is also in the game, well at least half of it in terms of fighting, just need the icon for the team preview and the pic for Ninja when having him selected as well as the icon for his frags. There has been few times where my feedback actually worked.

I had suggested sometime last year to bring back GNW Ino as a sign in. (I wanted to 3 star mine cause I could only get her at 2 star when i joined S289). I had also multiple times asked for Asuma WB breakthroughs, Itachi (Normal) breakthroughs, and have even wanted Asuma (normal) breakthroughs as well as Sage Naruto Breakthroughs (My Sage Naruto was 4 star for a long time). And we got all but 1 of my list. I even advocated for bringing back Time-limited Ninja Recruitment, as that was a great event to farm fragments. Which did make a come back. I even asked for Sage Naruto to be released in events again and Oasis did. (Was so mad too cause I had no coupons when they finally put him for 45 coupons per frag).

But, you see players constantly asking for the Tsunade NPC for MONTHS, and more and more breakthroughs and skill trials, and while yes, we have been getting more, but its only a tiny fraction that we have available. I would love to see Oasis release 2 or even 3 Breakthroughs every couple of weeks and 1 Skill trial every couple of weeks.

  • Heavy spenders (ones you could call whales) from my server dont even have pos2 maxed out, not to mention 3 or 4. Im talking both about refines and cave runes. Top 2 people from my bracket (300-400) who are both over 500k (for comparison active ftp average bp for this server is about 220k) dont have p2 fully maxed (ref10, charm9, rune12) either. Look up what Shadowblaze was writing each time there was discussion about those functions. He is a person who belongs to that very very top bp people bracket and they DIDNT WANT IT. But people responsible for implementation of updates dont care. They never did.


    Personally Ive been playing for over 2.5year now as a moderate spender and got just a few lv12 runes. I dont want more features that use the same resource to further bring discrepancy between position 1 and others. We've had this for a long time, its boring and unhealthy as you dont feel any progress when getting better support ninjas or slowly increasing their bp because gap is already too big. If new power functions have to be implemented, Id much rather see features that upgrade whole lineup at once. Insanely efficient features counterintuitively arent good either (yes, training pots) as Ive already seen people who's team stats without equipment (ones you get from myoboku, training pots, summon cultivation) are already higher than mine with equipment (so with refines, charms, runes and treasured tool). Thats a bit insane if you'd ask me. It's still better than those refines and runes, as over time teamwide functions allow a 4v4 fight, not 4v4 for 1st round and from 2nd to 10th 1v1 between both positions 1.


    Slow implementation of skillbreakthroughs to not overwhelm playerbase? What about Rushing every possible ninja and stuff. There was a long period of time where we got new ninja every week, sometimes multiple per week. Thats a weak argument.

I'll just ask you and others in general to try and keep the Tobei stuff to a minimum, as I don't want this thread deleted or locked, and let people be able to participate in this thread about their frustrations.

  • Hi! I definitely know about your suggestion in regards to Dosu and putting it in the game. I was also one of the moderators who have talked and forwarded the suggestion to the team.


    The thing is, feedback and suggestion does not always mean change. It is based on many factors. Some factors may include if the feedback/suggestion is reasonable. For example: there are feedback where players would like to see everyone have a certain ninja for free like 80x Naruto [Sage of Six Path] fragments. It is not reasonable to have the game send 80x fragments of Naruto [Sage of Six Path] for many reasons that may include to be fair to players who have already recruited him or even things like balancing in the game.


    Of course, the team wants to make changes that make the majority of the players happy, as we do strive for a healthy community. However, as you guys know; what makes some people happy does not always make others happy. For example, ninjas in Lucky Sn@tch; some people who got the rare ninja (80x fragments) here by chance are happy, while others who already got it would feel it is unfair because they had to use coupons/ingots to obtain the same ninja. In this example, it outlines how some player's feedback actually are different from one another.

    Another factor in regards to feedback is the amount of players giving the feedback. The more players that feels the same way about something, the more urgency there is in regards to the feedback. This does not mean a single feedback is not important; it just means that when a multitude of single feedback (that are important) in regards to the same topic are sent in, it becomes a big urgent feedback. This is why constructive criticism from you guys is so important because we reference your feedback whenever we push for changes as well as the reasons behind it.


    Feedback does go through many stages; from your voices to the team members in charge of feedback, to the administration, which then gets forwarded to the developers. The final decision is still up to the developers as they will take the feedback and weigh in the pros and cons in regards to it.


    Dosu is definitely a nice ninja that could be added to the roster. However, I hope this can help shed some light in regards to how feedback/suggestion works. Giving feedback/suggestion does not mean it has to happen, it means that the opinions, feedback, and suggestions of the players would be taken into consideration for future events or features. Which helps push for changes.

    I do definitely remember your posts in regards to Dosu and you have asked us to convey your idea in regards to Dosu to the development team, which we did. There is always a chance that the developers may choose to add Dosu as an obtainable ninja in the future.

So does this mean that we would never see 80 frag ninjas in stuff like Lucky Sn@tch and Lucky Stars anymore?

  • ya i guess most whales don't even play the game right ... i feel as though runes at 12+ will take forever to get if you're a f2p just like how getting out more SB for 4 star ninjas will only cause more to complain on why they're 4 stars or on how oasis are being annoying and catering to p2w players, it's a losing argument for f2p's we just gotta "deal with it" and accept it even when we know the majority won't get em to even level 12 the more we give it attention the worse we'll feel about em is what im tryna say think of the update as as a new final boss in the game or sumin if it helps

You brought up another thing that just gets under my skin.

For the most part, Skill Breaks have set a precedence to require 4 star. However, there is quite a few Skillbreaks we have that CN also has that require 3 star (Sus Sasuke and 4th Raikage for example). When Oasis bumped them up to 4* requirement, it felt like a slap in the face to all f2p who got those ninjas and want to use them, but can't because they don't have the books they want.

IMO, SR's from treasures as the primary way in getting those frags, should only be 3* as a requirement. I mean Hashirama only needed 3* and Danzo, yet heaven forbid, Sus Sasuke or Ay 4th have them. I mean sure event ninjas to be added would be nice, like Edo Deidara at 3*, but by giving those event only ninjas breakthroughs, it gives players a reason to 4* them so they could Skill Trial them.

  • That's very true so much stuff yet so little is made accessible to the "f2p/majority" i have no idea why there's disparities in SB of 3 and 4 stars, the only assumption could be that those with 4 star skill breaks are generally more powerful/stronger in this version of the game, CN right now is much more diverse/fluid as everything together works in a chaotic way whilst our version is quite restrained on the things u can/can't yet do; idk i'm hoping future updates can make the game more dynamic to reduce the time of things eg maybe x3 battles or 12 hour treasure cooldowns/ way to obtain SB ninja frags

Can do each of her chases 8 times with 100% less damage and steals 10 points of chakra each time :p

  • Yeah, I've just become too cynical to care. I stopped paying on this game awhile ago and I honestly regret ever starting to pay in this game. Its just ridiculous how much you have to spend for some of the things in the game. Considering I haven't played games similar to this, I've heard there are even worse games. But I think what I don't like the most about this game is that the devs can hide behind the "we can't please everyone so we won't try." Even if thats not the case, it certainly feels like that. Like the Jiraiya [Sannin War] for July sign in. Their defense was that newer servers need him or he has breakthroughs so let's do give out more fragments.


    To me, it's psychotic that they have such a split player base for their game between new servers and 3-year-old servers, extreme whales that drop $600 to medium spenders and F2P that make up a majority of the game. In my opinion, it's not that hard to please all the types of players. You don't even have to create new servers, just make it so that there are more incentives to continually log in. Like how there is the 7-day login, why not make it 30 days, whereby the end of it you get some pretty decent power rewards. This then keeps old servers still running and populated. Have events that are specific to each type of player, a $600 recharge for those but still with some decent rewards if people don't want to recharge that full amount (like Crazy slot machine or shinobi feast). Have Fukurokumaru deals not just be limited to one week that way it doesn't feel like F2P get corraled into spending their coupons in a week where there isn't things they want.


    These things are not that hard to think about and Oasis has staff monitoring all the forums and what not so they at least get exposed to different ideas. Just sad that it takes a high level employee to come out and quit/get fired for some actual changes to get made.

Honestly, I would love to see Fuku come 1 time every few months, but have the deadline last the whole month.

  • The 4 star paywall won't be removed on ninja that have already released. That will just anger people who spent to get those skillbreaks. Only alternative I could think of is reducing prices on older ninjas. Tsunade NPC would also help, but idk what all skillbooks she has available. I honestly don't see the SO6P meta going away anytime soon though especially with him being pushed out every event cycle.

Maybe, people shouldn't look at it like "OH I HAD TO GET IT TO 4 STAR WHILE THESE SCRUBS ONLY NEED 3 STAR? BULL MAC!"

Instead, they should look at it like "Oh, that is cool, you broke through your Ay at 3*, too bad mine is inherently stronger as it is 4*".

That is just me though.

  • As much as I wish option 2 could happen it most likely won't and would just cause more drama, it is possible though. We've been asking for 3 star breakthroughs for a long time though and the answer we almost always get is "our version is different compared to CN." There are many reasons why players want our version to be more like CN. Let's just hope to see some major changes coming soon.

Jib mentioned I think something like that some requests are unreasonable, like 80 frags of SoSP naruto to be given to everyone for free, and that players who had to pay for him would be upset. But in a situation like this, I'd see it as "Oh cool, I'm now 20 frags from 4* SoSP naruto" I don't really worry about what others get on their account.

I mean, I got Sailor Sakura for like 2k Coupons and managed to 4* her for like 3k. I got half of her initial frags for free from Mission Mobilization. Then Oasis well, released that Sasuke/Sakura pack for 60 coupons a piece, I wasn't mad that people got her to 5* without spending anything. All I cared about was the fact that I 5* mine and have some extra frags for her breakthroughs. I still have 2 of those packs sitting on my account, while I don't have Sasuke [Suit].

For some reason, players have a tendency in focusing on what others get, instead of thinking about what they can get.

  • i don't believe you, but if you don't mind explaining to be how sage naruto and jiraiya will be able to counter the current sosp meta, i will be willing to listen. currently however, i don't see how ninjas that can't dodge, have no immunity and aren't stacked pos1 will be able to defeat a stacked immune and dodge ninja with control and heavy leech

Sage Naruto can Scale every time he deals damage....that's all I got on that subject unfortunately.
