1＃ Go ToHello as the title says who do you think is better between Kushina red hot breakthrough and Shizuka 4 stars. Also do you know the event where edo Itachi frags are the cheapest?

A free ninja or one that costs 20k. They both do different things but overall I'd say kushina fully breakthrough is better. Scaling, removes immunity, heals. Shizuka 4 star is good for different reasons but if you really want to know which between the two is better.....
Itachi frags for the cheapest? Usually konoha great tree cause you c*e the 7 daily free spins to get points and there are a bunch of other goodies to get along the way.

Most likely OP does not know if he is asking in fact a lot of players here can't figure it out on their own and ask here.
@OP: I am going to assume you are more likely not able to fully utilize Kushina through her skill breaks due to the cost. So * with Shizuka.

kushina is good but not fast like ill half kill a 6 path or more with shizuka since i run the killing light main buff i get a reset they cc me but itll be over for round 3 that's where my shizuka hit's more and finish them off but yeah ill run her more without being scared at 4 star
