Hi! I am glad you were able to get back your rune =]

In regards to the Level 14 Rune Stone splitting, we have received a number of feedback about the initial design where players have the possibility of only getting one Level 13 Rune Stone back. The team has heard your feedback and has adjusted the system so that you now have 100% chance to get back a Level 12 and Level 13 Rune Stone when splitting a level 14 Rune Stone.

We understand that the new feature for Rune Stone has just been added and we want more players to be able to experience it. So please stay tuned, as we will be putting more Cave Keys in the upcoming events.
