will there be a fix to the splitting of them? Cause it use to be if you split an 11 it would give u two 10's now its one 10 and a 9? Is this a glitch?

not a glitch, its part of the feature, my advice is, stop splitting runes.

Lets say the higher the level of the rune the higher the chance for it to happen.

Up to level 8 runes the chance for it to happen is basically 0.

I split so many runes because i use to play teams that relies on stacked pos 2(no Hiruzen) and i was always splitting magatamas and runes and this never happened.

It's normal it happens for level 13 and 14, but this happens because in CN is not actually a problem if a level 14 splits in 1 13 and 1 12 because whoever is at that point is fully stacked of level 12 runes in all the moves. The problem is here where close to none is at that point.

We get the CN features without the basis CN starts with when they got them.

However, due to the number of feedback in regards to Level 14 Rune Stone splitting. The team has adjusted the feature so that you can obtain with 100% chance a Level 12 and Level 13 Rune Stone.

so if you take apart the 14 you get 1 13 and 1 12 and when you put that 1 13 and 12 together you get the 14 so you do not lose anything?
