Is not actually a 30% boost of nin and atk. Is actually a flat 30% boost to the damage.

In some situation is the same as 30% nin/atk but in other cases is way bigger than 30% nin/atk.

NO, it's 30% atk/nin. Not flat %dmg. Please Holy Scarlet, start to check what you said before talking. Because in this forum, some people think you are a God or w/e.
