Questions from a new player

Hello ninjas !

My name is Windu and im playing naruto online for something like month on different servers. Today i decide that i want to pay for this game a bit amount of money but before this i have some questions that i hope ull answer :) so lets get started :

1. Main character: i was always playing wind main (love that rasengans) but i feel that in mid and late game wind is a bit weaker than another mains specially in pvp and nine tails event. I was playing and always aiming to empress build so i think it was good but experienced players always targeted my main and when they kill it then it was GG becouse she was only one with dmg. Also i hate long maches as empress build. So the question is wchich main should i choose ?? i saw that many ppl that pay for this game are fire mains ... And pls dont answer like "go lightning" or "use earth" if u say what to use then pls write why :) ol yes and i really love PVP so i would like to aim for it :)

2. Ingots: What should i buy with them ?? i mean im for sure go for jonin medal but is it worth to pay more or is it worth to get ingots now ?? what should i do im completely new in payments here dont really know what it does :) can u please write what are benefics form paying on this game and what is best ammount to pay (im not super rich) and is it worth to pay like big ammount for like 2500 ingots or maybe get 50 ingots everyday ?? i mean write everything u know about payments :)

Well i think thats all for now i hope u guys will help to me to figure this out :) ol and im sorry for my mistakes in english im still learnig this language :)
