hey i have a question

does scale consider as a buff?

for example minato jonin scale from his chase and then madara 5k use his mystery, you lose the scale?

Hey,

Scaling buffs such as Minato's chase cannot be removed. Only ''gained buffs'' which last for x rounds, shields, etc can be removed from him .
