Sasuke needs mostly that reset and since you are pretty much new in the game I suppose, you could try the following lineup:

Sasuke does need that ''reset passive'' if you plan to run him with lightning main, exactly the same idea. Try the above team that was posted for example, but make sure to use ''warriors killing intent'' instead of the anbu special tactics.

Additionally, you c@n also use Sasuke as Water main, you run her position one and keep sasuke position 2 just to chaos opponents and tank. At early game he is really ok as a ninja. I'd suggest you to piece slowly Itachi Edo, he'd make an excellent support in general and he works with sasuke just awesome too.
