Free draws and edo treasure

Recently i free draw 2nd rare from Tendo treasure.That put my free draws in around 120.And still,dont have any SR from edo treasure.On other account,i get SR in edo at 90 draws.So,its a bug,or just how treasure works,and im just super unlucky?

you mean a rare (purple boarder ninja). Cause the SR in Edo treasure is Rasa or *etsu

I mean SR,on my other account,i get Rasa for 90 seals,on this account,i use only free draws,and im near 120 free draws now,and dont get Rasa or Gengetsu.
