zetsu is really bad ninja, with danzo need iruka to make good team. Team with Darui that i posted for now is better

Yagura is mostly used as an annoying ninja or for fun. He can work in shark bomb lineups too.

GNW Sakura/Gakido - X - Water

Kurenai - Yagura - X

X - X - X

You can swap the supports for other units, but make sure you have a mirror to reflect debuffs.

Oh, and don't copy sosp Narutos. Only copy ninjas that rely on their passives or standard attacks to be good instead of their mysteries, like ninjas that buff you, heal you, etc.
