I gotta ask this since I'm confused, how long do you need to stay in the hot springs to complete the daily practice mission and get the activity points? because if I have to wait inside the hot springs for 2 hours then I can't be asked too.

Also it doesn't specify how long you are mean't to stay in the Hot Springs for on the Daily Practice Tab (something that should be added so that people don't ask the same question I am asking or others have asked)

it show up clearly when u are in the pool, there is a stamina bar showing how much did you gain and how much left.
