1＃ Go ToI have been running kind of a blitz lineup with lightning main but its not winning a lot in sage or arena so i was hoping to get something better ( forgot to add new samui and the old one i just got both after posting this :)

Well, if you don't want to run lightning main and you want something that will work in swb and arena, I'd say your best bet is with Shira. I'd use earth main.
Shira, gnw Hinata, asuma wind blade (with +40 Chakra gain breakthrough), earth main. 33131 (or 32121) with rhino summon

Yeap, the only solid position one to be considered from your roster is Shira and the mains basically. Hinata GNW does work as well with wind or lightning main. I'd suggest you to acquire slowly a strong ninja which you c*e as main damager. Six Paths Naruto for example, he is a good ninja in general and he'll be a lot of help till you acquire more ninjas

Shira + Samui swimsuit's super armor buff c*so be a force to reckon with. Just go with Earth main for extra shield and buffs and maybe Asuma WB for even more dmg buff and it's a scary as heck blitz team.
What would be the positions/talents for this team?

Asuma WB - Earth main (43422, KoH would be best, but you could use any combo chase summon) - X
Best tactics page is Windmill for the above setup.
If you have Asuma WB bt and Katsuyu summon mystery lv3, this team can deal with Edo Itachi as well.
