1＃ Go ToI couldnt find this anywhere, but does this version of Killer Bee supposed to be the same as Samehada killer bee? in world and when he attacks during combat the cloak shows, but not when he stands still... is this a visual bug? it would look so much cooler if he had his cloak active at all times in this form, not just during the few milliseconds he has of movement during attacks.

No, they are nothing alike except in a similarity in character design. Cloak probably isn't active because of system restrictions and it would coomplicate matters for opponents if they are trying to target someone different and continue targeting bee due to his Cloak.
He probably meant "alike" by the looks, not ability. But thanks for answer, I was wondering this too, guess cloak would interfere with targetting if it was visible... too bad.
