You could change the team to the following :

Keep your main as position one, as main damager, since he is the strongest option till you acquire some better ninjas. Other options here are to replace Neji with Hinata or Kimimaro. They're all blocking some attacks and the two Hyugas got taunt as well, which does help a lot.
