1＃ Go Tohey guys, this is my lineup, and i'd like to know if there is anything that i can do to improve it

Why do you start on old server? You should move to a new one, where you can actually compete with others.
I will write just few quick tips, because i'm lazy. I hope others will full me up!
Gather all summons manually from World map, and only that start using Summon scrolls. So you get points for a summon that you already have, when you pull it from Summons Treasure.
Cultivate Pakkun in Summon Cultivation screen. So you can unlock his mystery.
Get Sasuke to 4 stars, so you can get better skills of him.
Save your resources for Rebates. For Refine rebate - 700, Charms rebate - 500, Cave keys rebate - 1k keys (For first decent push, gather 500 keys, then save for 1k) . It should be super easy to reach Refines rebate at low levels, as you get tons of low level refines. It's a lot to write about it, but somewhere in forum there's quick guides. These things should be written there.
Get Iruka whenever he is in events. He cost 840-960 coupons (+/-). Can't find better support especially on low levels. And he serves further on.

Hi!
You could change the team to the following :
Keep your main as position one, as main damager, since he is the strongest option till you acquire some better ninjas. Other options here are to replace Neji with Hinata or Kimimaro. They're all blocking some attacks and the two Hyugas got taunt as well, which does help a lot.

I suggest you don't follow s1volu's advice about cave keys, always use multiples of 1050 during cave key rebate (+100 or 140 time limited cave keys you will get from rebate), since there's a guaranteed ultimate treasure tool essence for every 1050 cave keys used (keys from rebate don't count).So, don't ever use just 500 or 1000, save 1050 and use them during rebate.
