Also right now the only ninja you can't get as f2p is Naruto [Ronin]. Everything else is a matter of saving.

On paper edo minato is not classified as a f2p ninja so doesn't make much sense to ask but if you mean you got him out of luck in a roll and you want to know how to use him with the ninjas you can get with not much effort a good lineup to try is:

Wind main edo minato x

Gakido full sb edo sasori/bee sst/jinpachi x

You know, every ninja is F2P as long as you have like 1-2 of those OP ones in a year, I for one have grinded 4 months for Edo Minato frags to finally get all 80 for him.

Not every ninja. I.e. Naruto six tail cloak.

But yeah if you as a player is willing to put in the time, you can slowly piece events ninjas that cost 20K. I mean I already have 49 frags of Edo tobirama for free if there is no other good options for me to choose.
