why don t u level up ur cards men ? like at least ur curent lvl,ugh :(
What's point of leveling them? Work with those who do you use.
Anyway, I would use blitz team, and the best i can see is with GNW 1010.
Of course, lineup with Han and Roshi is much more better overall, but that's 3-5 round battles with them.

Ngl, I lowkey hate when people call them "cards". It's so dehumanizing. At the very least you could say characters, or ninjas.
OP, a general guideline would be making 1 of your teams a desigfnated tank team while another a nuker team.
