Honestly, I'd buff his standard, Clone and his passive that generates chakra/scale first, the rest all can come 2nd.

  • At least his BT is effective enough to damage Rinnegan Sasuke. Just gotta add a support ninja to prevent the chaos from getting on him and there, you just beat sasuke. (I'm only referring to him)

I mean....rinnegan sasuke isn't even relevant for the most part, and if he is on your server, you can just use fire main to make your whole team "immune", or run stuff like Kurenai.
