When you will have 10-20k, spend it when there's fuku deals. I did spend on General Missions and next time on Summer "something" event (new event). So you get side items from both, event and from fuku deals. Lucky board didn't came with fuku deals for about a year already.

It really depends what you would like to acquire and from this point, it's being decided if its a good way to invest towards the Lucky Board or not. It is an awesome event especially for new players, you'll get so much stuff. Fukurokumaru's Deals is definitely an amazing way to acquire items, but the Lucky Board as well. Example, outfits through the Board is the most worth way of piecing them together.
