You could write in what context. But by "15% ninjutsu healing" you probably mean life leach. Which is better.

i think he refers to healers not leach, as in "heals units for 15% of this unit's ninjutsu" or flat 30% of max hp (as in sakura cloak's defence heal 1% hp per hit recieved)

In our Naruto version it's probably HP. Since we don't focus ninjutsu on supports.

one thing on the other hand, breakthrough system is the idea of improving, right ?

after Sakura breakthrough her mystery that mean better, m i right ?

Actually i just looked at Sakura BT. Without BT - "Recovers 30% of Life for all the units in your field based on the Unit’s Ninjutsu base attribute"
With BT - "Recovers 12% of Life for all the units in your field based on the Unit’s Ninjutsu base attribute"
The only difference, is that with BT you c*e skill 2 rounds in a row before getting 4 rounds cooldown.
As i said context matters.

Both of them are based on the ninja's ninjutsu BASIC stat (buffs to ninjutsu do not matter!).

The only healings based on total hp are those like sakura cloak's reserve seal.
