You probably got his frags from a Lucky Stars. Either one works as one of 6 paths weaknesses comes from being blitzed round 1. Kisame fusion mode is a better choice as you can retain your shields and buffs as well as his high repulse chance and life regeneration from his passive. Madara 5 kage isnt a bad choice either. But if you have to chose between the two, I'd go for kisame as you have more fragments of him.

In previous Great Plates, a few times, there were Kisame's frag drops. You'd probably got him from there.

I have both Kisame and Madara. Both are great, but they work differently even though they're quite similar.

In some cases super armor is better than dodge. and sometimes unlimited dodge is good against heavy combo and hits.

There are a few chases those can't be dodged, which it can mess up Madara and your team's combo to damage reduction.

If I play Naruto, i'd take Kisame, along with earth main super armor. it's hard to focus and combo your team.

i would put killer bee and earth main on back row for res buff from tactics

both of them may work good and bad with him, depends on who you bring together with naruto.

T may be a wide quantity of ninjas: may be jonin minato, hokage minato, 3rd hokage, edo minato, kushina normal, bee sst, pakura, ningendo, tendo (why not), edo roshi, normal roshi

if, instead, you select madara you c*e him with fire or water main and edo tobirama/edo hashirama/edo itachi/guren/konan taisho/pakura just to state the first ones that come to my mind
