I bought 8,000 ingots through PAYPAL. The purchase was not honored in the game.I sent a query through the PAYPAL transaction system to OASIS.

I have not received a reply. My account has been blocked.I have 2 messages at the entrance to the game:

1. Dear player，your refund order is incomplete. Please complete your order to continue with the game!

and next

2. Dear users, you account is abnormal. In order to establish a good trading environment, you can't pay again! Please contact customer service if necessary.

I did not receive any answer so I reported a claim in the Paypal transaction system. I still have not received the answer from OASIS.

Question - why does OASIS punished regular Client with penalties and on what basis blocks access to the account?
