does anyone know how did hagoromo get both six paths yang power (the sun symbol on his right hand that he passed it to naruto) and six paths yin power (the moon symbol on his left hand that he passed to sasuke) ?

he had only six paths yang power (the sun) and hamura had the six paths yin power (the moon) when they were young, how did hagoromo get both when he grew up ?

i searched alot and didnt find answer, did they say how in the anime or manga ? maybe i forgot
