Hello, i'm getting the same guy in mine plunder after every refresh. I know that same opponents may appear there but i was refreshing it for 5 mins(wasted) and didn't get other option. same seems to happen on my merged server, mostly mines are already robbed and we can't do it again.

Did you clear cache and refresh the game? Not just refresh mine.
