It depends on who you want to get. But the only 2 main treasures you should worry about is 5 Kage (for newer players) and GNW treasure (for everyone). The only SR you can get from treasures that aren't out of meta yet are in those 2 (KCM, Madara from gnw, Ay Fourth and Susanoo Sasuke from Kage, both w/ sb). Killer Bee (7 Swords) is also from Kage treasure, and he's a great support ninja, unlike his useless counterpart, Samehada Bee, who's a meh dmg dealer. The only ninja really worth getting from outside these 2 treasures is probably Roshi, but not sure he's worth the ss investment anymore with other options to choose from.

So, in short, 5 Kage if you're still new and need certain specific ninjas, then stay there or go for Jin treasure if you really want Sutachi. Otherwise, GNW until you get both SR, and then either keep going or wait for Limited time treasure and pull there until you get Edo Hashi. Every other meta ninjas are events only. Keep in mind that regardless of where you want to focus, you should always save for 300/500/800 mark for when recruitment rebate ia around (like rn).
