Hi! At the moment there are no plans to implement a feature to allow the transfer of account from server to server. There are a number of factors why this is not implemented which includes fairness to other servers. Each server is created at a different time and the ability to move servers can create imbalance and unfairness.

Simple reason, it could be abused with strong players going to weaker servers in order to farm materials.

Complicated answer, theres probably a technical system built into how the game is coded that doesn't allow that to be possible.
