Hi! If your queues in Arena 3v3 are more than 30 seconds to 1 minute. It is highly recommended for the leader to refresh and the party members to rejoin. Due to the cross-server nature of the feature and the fact that some player-side ISP can be unstable, it can cause a situation where a player is unable to join a 3v3 match causing the other players still online to be "stuck" in waiting. Leader refreshing and party members rejoining is currently the easiest solution.
