Yep, he's kinda nice with the right team but not gonna work at all times i guess .. I haven't tried 4* Shira yet but i will later at Matsuri ..

I had tried the pos 1 Shira blitz he can dish out tons of dmg(If it crit)+The random standard attack makes it difficult to burst opponent ninja.

And his 4 star immunity provided by his mastery for 1 turn can be remove by the likes of shisui,Masked man,6p's chase.
