So, i would like to know, what kind of system is this. 3points per a win and -15 points per a loss.This way seems to make getting to 6 paths impossible when u meet ppl with 400k+. 1 loss can make half an hour of wins go to waste.

It means youre fighting lower rank than you. Example your superkage but your enemy team composed of kage and jonin. Thats what I do in bonds. I pair with chunins and get +20 per win(depends) and -5 loss.
