Like it says in the research. The bonus only applies to qualifiying weeks. This week is XGNW and therefore not a qualifying week. Next week the bonus would apply.

Yes. It is every other week. So the next week will be qualifying week again. The winning team from the GNW gets to go to the Xserver GNW (if they are in top 8 of cross server power ranking). The other Groups from this server do still compete in the normal GNW, but not in a qualifying week. This is also true if no group of your server manages to qualify for XGNW.
