Frankly, you're severely under powered. When I was your level while I was a noob, I was at least 30k.

Try and get level 4 ghost kill tactics (its an overall solid tactic that can work with nearly anything).

Get your Battle armor to rank 6, refines to level 7

Then start working on your Position 1 with everything else.

Also clothing helps, quite a bit. I recommend saving coupons for the Anbu Clothing in the shop, which can give a great amount of power. then work on getting initiative clothing.

thank you it helps a lot. im still a ways away from level 4 clothing though so that will be an issue.

Battle armor to rank 6?? Nooo, thats way too many coupons and plus, he's only lvl 75.. And also, refines are fine at lvl 5 - 6 at that kind of level.. 7 maybe if you want to spend money.
