the problem is not much if they get added in game or not, but how easy becomes to reach level 10 refinements after they added them in game, since you are required to own a level 10 piece of gear to use them on it.
i'm not against their introduction IF AND ONLY IF getting level 10 refinements becomes 3 times as easier as is now.
For example, if they change the rewards of SWB to give 20-15-10 of those yellow runes to who is 1st-2nd-3rd and to give 15-25 advanced refinements to top10 people that are not top3, while also cutting in half or more than half the price of them in every feature they appear so far (grocery store, group shop, coupons events) then I would be perfectly fine with their in-game introduction.
I'm totally against this if this does not happen as a consequence of their introduction.

what i believe here lv 11,12,13 refine and new version is to stop people from freezing their level that ruin new players to come or understand the nature of game. freeze level players make thing out of control so this mean Ranking reward at SWB will be not changed. new players will think :
1, why these people with lower lv have so much power than them or have better quality ninja than them?
2, why they play a game that make him lose to lower lv than him ?
3, how how how why why why wtf ?
i myself have a question too, why people start the same of me fall behind so far and wait bullying less experience players?how many sub-accounts they holding? how long did he make this much power only that level ?
