if anyone could help me in my decision or in this thread i would be very thankfull.. i really have no idea what to do

Higher BP team than the other one mostly means nothing if the team can work basically really good. First of all, since you are a new player and you will need time to collect some ninjas in general overtime, I'd suggest you to play with any of the mains as position one. Starting with Lightning Main was really a great choice, he is awesome for the start. Here are some lineups example which will help you at the start and after that, I will give you some additional suggestions how to proceed in the game further with ninjas collecting - wise :


Hinata is a ninja that has taunt, she'll block some attacks herself and she's getting tanky overall as well. Lightning main will have some decent buffs from himself and from Guy. You'll unlock the summons at level 50, once you reach at this point you'll be able to farm summons from the map till the purple tiers, which is fine for the start.
Also, another option here is to replace Hinata with Neji or Kimimaro, they'll both block as well. Kakashi can be changed with Sakura as well if you would like to try that out as well.

Here is another example of team which you can build:

Itachi is a pretty good ninja being immune himself and causing sleep to the opponents can be really solid overall. Sakura is an okay healer for the start.


Also, Shizune does work if you use with her water main for example more efficient, since she's got a passive which increases the damage done by debuffs and that helps for the poison mostly. You can collect her as well since she's a free to collect character and all the others which are sweep-able from the elite instances. Try to upgrade Sasuke another star level, as well as Kimimaro. Once you get access to Kurenai, upgrade her as well, she's great.
