Another option here can be the death mirage to keep reducing opponents ninjutsu as well. Sakura can be replaced with Gakido for example, skill broken one with the cool down reduce or any other supporting ninja and good healer, for example Sakura GNW, Hanzo, etc.

A alternative would be to try water main position one changing the supporting ninjas around as well.
