I purchased multiple times 99.99 dollar orders the other day. The were declined by Oasis and left pending on my credit card account. I ordered again with a different card payments went through but I did not receive my server merge rebate for coupons. I also now have had 300 dollars removed from my debit account because the payments suddenly went through the event is over I'm left with no ignots out 300 dollars and no coupons from my other purchases. I've spent over six thousand dollars on this game and this is the type of bs that goes on for a loyal customer of over two years. I'm then ran through hoops by the customer support. I gave them my server yet they want exact times of order purchase ETC. Screw this company if I dont get my money back and my rebate coupons. I will never spend another dime on this game.
Oh not to mention I'm still placed in second place on my server even though I'm 10k power higher than anyone else and I'm not receiving the proper rewards there either. I've never experienced this much incompetence you'd think with a major patch they'd know not to do server merges until everything is stable.
I told them all the information they should be able to see the ingots on my account and what was received. There is no way to tell them how many rebate coupons I've had so what do I do about that? I shouldn't have to do foot work for them to fix an error in their game. I told them the server and the date it happened on. I even told them the guy it was on. I shouldn't be jumping through hoops because they robbed me of my three hundred dollars and that's what this is until I get what I paid for and that event is over so it's money wasted.
