Hi!
A great choice to start with water main, she's really good and as I can see you got some solid ninjas as well to play with her at the start. Few lineups for the start can be the following :
Water main position one, she's going to be really good having Iruka buffing her and Sasuke dealing some additional debuffs and combo combinations. Additionally, Kimimaro will be getting more tanky and block one attack as well. Kimimaro can be changed with Hinata or Neji by the way as well, they both got taunt and block, so they're still doing a great job as well if you wish to try that option as well.
Another idea with water main, basically here, you got Kushina to generate clones for some protection, you can change her with Kabuto if you want to as well. Once you acquire Kurenai you can replace Kushina with her, her reflection and healing is really solid and a decent support overall. Gaara needs a lot of chakra to be launched and since you don't have the senjutsu passive unlocked yet most likely, the water main's shark bomb will steal chakra from the opponent and you might be able to fire Gaara sooner than the fourth round.
Sai is very solid ninja for the start, his mystery does decent damage and c*so seal as well. You can change Sasuke if you want from this team with Kabuto as well or any other healing ninja, for example Sakura. Guy can work here as well if you want to try him out.

Thank you for the fast reply! It's really appreciated. I expected to see Mabui or Ao in any lof the lineups. When or with who should i use them?
