How far does the story reach in Naruto Online?

So until now how far does the plot of the Shippuden story reachin Naruto Online and once the Kaguya chapter is finished will there be Boruto arcs as well in the future?

The last plot instance now is the battle against the 7 swordsman. There is not other plot instance even China didn't make one

That is with the Edo Tensei Seven Ninja Swordsmen during the 4th Great Ninja War right? So the plot is in the final arc of Shippuden, wondering how long ago the most recent plot instance was made available...

They made it possible to level up to lvl 105 pretty recently, so I would think the plot instances for up to that level were also made available at that time. I think it was a few months ago.
