Can buffs of the same type stack? Like if you have 2 shikamaru chunin in a bonds 2v2 fight, do you get a bonus of 200 percent defense and resistance and 60 percent crit rate (with breakthroughs only) or only a single buff from them?

The game says similar buffs do not stack.

Just as RenjiAsuka says, in most cases, similar buffs do not stack, unless stated otherwise.
