Bug Description: (what kind of bug was it? How did you trigger it?) I am not able to get the rewards. My level is 105 and I think I would be able to get them without any problem. However, in the pictures added the bug can be seen. I use the redeem shop everyday to get seal fragments, keys or charms material fragments.
