I think the question is that, for the servers that started later than 1st of the month, would they get full attendance? I believe the answer to that is no, in another thread. Although you won't get full attendance like the other servers, no one in your server will be getting it either (so it's fair for everyone in your server). -

I guess there is a chance we all get it as a gift, or no one gets it... either or. The attendance should have begun on the 09.02.16
On my server, we started in the middle of the month. . .
We couldn't get full attendance even though we signed in everyday after the server opened.
So, yeah. They don't give it to you as a gift either.
No 3-star Shino for us. :P -

Yeah, it's unfortunate if the newer servers cannot receive the ninjas of the other servers, but it looks like the Great Ninja War ninjas will come to the shops in a future update (from another post about the Chinese Shop). So we c*l get GNW versions of our favorite characters easily later on! :P -

Yeah you will not get full attendance because of the new server issue.
Just wait for the next months attendance :D I think the GNW monthly reward will rotate :D so you will still get a chance of upgrading GNW neji someday :D
Ps im not sure when they will rotate or if they are fixed on a certain month -

Yeah we get screwed sadly. Same thing for people like me who started playing Day 1.
We couldnt get Great Ninja War shino because the servers launched on July 20 something lol. -

- Oh! That is pretty AWESOME... I also got War Neji... but two stars :( ... I hope I get the rest of the fragments to upgrade him to 3 stars.. Did you upgrade your shino to 3 stars?.... thats what I tho.
Yeah even if you did a full attendance you won't get a 3 star War ninja...you always need 20 more fragments :'( -

Our server (Hiruzen) started AUGUST SECOND *heavy breathing* which is a real bummer since I use GNW Kiba in my main team, and it'd be lovely if I could upgrade him. Unfortunately it seems we just have to wait for an event or another sign-in T_T
Although in the Lucky Stars event a while back, wasn't there (expensive, but there) GNW Shino fragments? So maybe this month we might have GNW Kiba, and next month GNW Neji... I hope... -
