When you change out your ninja gear and get switched around. Make sure it didnt get moved to another character that dont need it as much. Also if you got booted outta a group your power can drop aswell.

You power can't disappear without reason. Check your gear, summons, magatamas, everything. I am sure you will find the problem there.
