Well for early stages of the game, any team would do fine as long as you can proc and sync your ninjas well, in my opinion .. about that team you've given, make lee as your position 1 ninja with guy at positio 2, earth main at position 3 and sakura at position 4 .. Look for the site "konohaproxy" in google and you'll find the combo simulator .. That can give you combo combinations for your ninjas ..

I wouldn't worry about my line up at lvl 40. Also, you spelled 'guy' wrong.
