Hiruzen can be either as support or a nuke team, mostly you should use him as nuker in modes like sage. The most simple team to run with him is with Asuma WindBlade and Edo Sasori. The team looks like this :

Any trigger chase summon is working there basically.

There is another option with wind main, in which you can remove your opponents shields, buffs and then fire Hiruzen, which will do a lot more damage, but you need Edo Asuma for that.


With Minato now you can do a lot of things. First of all, you can run Wind main - Kurenai - Minato and Iruka, team is really solid. Another option is to always change your supporters with anything else that works with Minato, you can even add hiruzen for example since he'll buff him anyway if you wanna try something different around. Any supporter work. Examples:



You c*e reset as well. Also with wind main you can add Gaara's, Gakido, any other support that heals, cleanses, etc.
With the same style every main works other than lightning main. Change all the supports around, test them and see which teams you like more.
