on my main account i can't click on Pain-Ningendo skill breakthrough like this, even tho before i definitely could before but not anymore now

but somehow i still can click on theskill breakthrough in the other account like this

@Takosabi yes and my other account is have *4 and *5 so i don't think star really affect the problem

@Dresq i did and i don't think that's the problem since the other account can click it normally
