I can give you an easy example of position 1 going first, but position 2 goes second. Player A position team 10k/8k/7k/6k. Player B team 6k/10k/6k/6k. Don't bet on these exact numbers it is just my theory on how the math works behind the scene. The % carried over from round to round I don't know, but gives you a general idea, I think 10% is the base, and can be raised through 5 nature chakra.

Position 1 - A>B 10k>6K

Position 2 - B>A, A = 8k + (10k*10%) = 9k, B = 10k + (6k *10%) = 10.6k

This can be a strategy for people who know they will always lose speed battle on position 1. Most likely the player has stacked position 2 (their water main), for the best chance to cause chaos and do damage.
